Dr. Teresa Chanting Sun is a specialist limiting her practice in periodontology and implantology at Mackay Medical Center, Department of Periodontology, Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Sun is currently a reviewer for Journal of the Taiwan Academy of Periodontology and vice chairperson of education committee of Taiwan Academy of Periodontology (TAP), and also an active member of American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), International Team of Implantology (ITI). Being a clinical instructor and lecturer, Dr. Sun dedicates herself to periodontal education and enjoys doing clinical research with her students and residents. She lectures nationally and internationally on periodontology and implantology, and being recognized as a standout clinician treating patients focusing on periodontal hard and soft tissue regeneration, and dental implant related surgical procedures.
