Graduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis developing a thesis titled “Influence of type 2 diabetes on oral biofilm composition: metagenomic analysis” (Tutor Prof. Leonardo Trombelli) (2016), Msc in Oral Surgery and Implantology at the Bologna University (Director: Prof. Giuseppe Corinaldesi) (2018). PhD student in Molecular Medicine (Director Prof. Francesco Di Virgilio) at the Research Center for the Study of Periodontal and Peri-implant diseases, Ferrara University (Director Prof. Leonardo Trombelli) (2018- to date).

Member of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Implantology.

Co-author of scientific articles published on peer-reviewed international journals. His research interests are mainly focused on peri-implant bone augmentation.
